Process
If you need to ship a firearm, we will organize that for you at a flat rate of $25 per item, plus shipping costs. This fee includes the logging of your firearm shipment in our permanent ATF records, which is the safest and most secure way to legally release a firearm from your possession and liability.
We ship with FedEx and UPS and we will select whichever is the most cost-effective carrier

- CPGlenway will only ship firearms to other valid FFL’s (not to individuals).
- All federal, state and local laws and ordinances apply.
- We do not ship firearms to California (due to their specific laws).
- Your firearms must have a box suitable for shipping them.
- When you leave your firearm for shipment, you must provide us with a copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) from the dealer that is receiving the gun. The dealer may provide their FFL to you, or they may fax or email it directly to CPGlenway.
- We insure all shipments. There is a small additional fee for this.
- You will be required to leave a credit card number with your shipment to cover the cost of shipping. We do this as we will not know an exact shipping total when the firearm is dropped off. Your card will be charged for shipping and the transfer fee when the total is calculated.
- Your shipment will be made as quickly as possible. In most cases, your firearm will be shipped the first business day after it is dropped off, assuming we are in receipt of a valid FFL from the receiving dealer.
